Alliance A1 motors are explosion-proof, rated for Class 1, Division 1, Group D, hazardous locations with a 25:1 Gear Reduction.

Alliance motors are ½ hp, single phase, 115 volt, 60 Hz with FLA of 6.8 amps (782 Watts) using a fixed 92 RPM operational speed.

The motor is controlled by an intrinsically safe electronic timer that operates on 5 volts DC while having a 3, 15, or 30 minute cycle options. 

The motor and timer are both U.L and CSA approved.

This motor package includes the motor / gear reducer / motor mount assembly, a timer, the A1 Machine assembly instructions, and the hardware kit.

The hardware kit (P# SA0014) includes the left and right bottom foot, quart and gallon base shafts with shaft guards, thumb screws, wall anchors, and the shaft lock knob.

It is all of the components required for an Alliance A1 Machine assembly.

The Alliance A1 Motor package can be used with either the Alliance A1 1.2M, 1.7M, or 2.4M Machines.

It is recommended to have each Alliance A1 Mix Machine hard wired to its own electric circuit within its location.
