Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase; a 25% restocking fee will apply as well as all the shipping charges incurred. Please contact the Dedoes Sales Department to obtain a Returning Goods Authorization Number and to discuss other specifics of the return.
Any merchandise that has been purchased and altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
